There are no rules here at Velvet Sky Bakery. Every event is unique, every cake has a different story. We are a team of passionately curious cake designers, dedicated to working closely with our clients, connecting with them creatively, and bringing their visions to life, from sketch to slice.

Our delicious buttercream cakes are scratch-baked, sculpted by hand, and fully edible. From ornate sugar-paste flower arrangements to one-of-a-kind fondant figurines, we are as invested in tradition as we are in innovation.

Over forty available varieties of artisan cupcakes, scratch-baked for your special event.

Our scratch-baked, buttercream-frosted cupcakes and cupcake towers have become immensely popular. We don’t keep too many secrets about the reasons behind their sweet success:  we are loyal to our tried-and-true family recipes. We bake all of our cakes and cupcakes in our bakery’s intimate, open-kitchen environment. We only use all-natural, high quality ingredients and seasonal produce.

 

Browse our flavors, you’re bound to find something you’ll love from our menu for your celebration. Additionally, almost all of our cupcakes can be prepared Gluten-Free and/or Dairy-Free, and we have some smashing Vegan recipes as well. Just give us a call.

 

Our cupcake towers are a popular choice as an alternative to a traditional cake, and can even be topped with a small cake. Our cupcake toppers are 100% custom-made to order – each one sculpted by hand, and fully edible.

 

If you’re throwing a party, give us a call to place a pickup/delivery order and we’ll whip up a batch just for you. Do note that all cupcake pickups are on Thursdays and Saturdays, and that most flavors need at least a day’s notice to prepare.

  • From the tasting to the cake cutting, we were more than happy with the fine workmanship of Jordan at Velvet Sky Bakery. After showing her a few photos at the tasting, she sketched up a custom designed cake that was more than we imagined.
