Here is guide to ordering cakes and cupcakes from the bakery.  While we certainly strive to complete all requests, as a small bakery there are instances where we can only handle so many orders.  Many customers book well in advance, and our advice is always to order as soon as you know. 

If you want to order:

Any quantity of cupcakes with any flavor from the menu:

A full day between order and pick up (order by Thursday at 5:30P for Saturday)

Cupcakes, the day before or same day:

Please feel free to order cupcakes the day prior, but we cannot guarantee we can offer you every flavor.  If you would like to order cupcakes for the same day, we can offer what is available for retail.

A regular buttercream cake:

A full day between order and pick up (order by Thursday at 5:30P for Saturday).  On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we may be able to make your cake for the following day provided it is picked up the following afternoon.  Please call to see if it is possible.

A Fondant Accented Cake (a regular buttercream cake with a logo, ballet slippers, etc.:                                      A full day between order and pick up (order by Thursday at 6P for Saturday)

A Cupcake Tower:

We recommend at least two months, more if you require delivery, but will take orders for towers provided the date is available up to one week prior.  We do not take orders for cupcake towers that include a cake and delivery less than one week prior to your event date.  For cupcake towers that include a cake and/or delivery a consultation is necessary.

If you are just looking for up to 48 cupcakes and a small tower (no cake or delivery): We are now stocking a petite tower for up to 36 cupcakes.  Please call at least a full day between order and pick up and we will be happy to provide the small tower painted to your color scheme with your cupcakes for an additional $30.  The tower is yours to keep.

A Fondant Cake or Wedding Cake:

We recommend at least two months, more if you require delivery, but will take orders for fondant cakes provided the date is available up to one week prior.  We do not take orders for fondant cakes less than one week prior to your event date.  For most fondant cakes, a consultation is necessary.  Please note that May, June, and September are our busiest times and dates do tend to fill. 

Delivery:                                                                                                                                                                   We have a large delivery radius, and will deliver services such as wedding cakes and cupcake towers to Philadelphia and beyond.  Delivery charges are additional and are based on distance and time to the facility or location.  Because all of our deliveries are site specific (we do not have a truck that drives a route), we require at least several days notice for small deliveries such as six dozen cupcakes.
