Hours:   Tuesday - Friday: 10am to 5:30pm     Saturday: 9am to 4pm

Please note that the bakery occasionally sells out and closes early.

Payment: We accept cash, american express, visa, and mastercard.  Checks are accepted for contracted services.

Refund/Returns:

We do not give monetary refunds for products.  While we completely stand by our products and want to see people happy, there are those that take advantage, regardless of validity.  Although we have had very, very few problems, sometimes we encounter issues where no matter what we do in terms of design, cakes are 'not what we pictured'.  Our products are completely custom designed according to a customer's own input, and we go out of our way to explain the intricacies of the cake.  We also have hundreds of examples in the bakery for that reason.  More expensive cakes require more time so the level of detail is greater.  Fondant accented cakes are a little bit more intricate than a traditional cake, but will not capture the same level of detail as a cake ten times the price.  All of our cakes and cupcakes are baked fresh, so it is not possible for them to be stale.  We are always open to listening if there are issues, especially if it something that was clearly wrong with your products, such as the wrong flavor.  We do indeed make mistakes, and will gladly replace them for free.  All of our contracts do indeed include a clause where a portion of the service is refundable.
