Friday AM Baker (Currently Filled)  We are seeking a professional person for our Friday 8A-1P baking position.  Perfect for someone looking for some extra income.  The position entails baking five to seven different recipes and weighing various ingredients for each.  Person will be directly supervised in a fast paced team environment.  Strong attention to detail, professionalism, valid driver's license, and culinary school (regular or pastry) or bakery experience required.  Culinary students will be considered.

Retail Specialist (Currently Filled)  We are seeking a friendly, high energy person capable of running the front end of the bakery including customer service, packaging and boxes, order taking, and an all around superstar.  The hours are flexible, Fridays and/or Saturdays.  Please be over 18, out of high school, have professional food and retail experience, manager preferred.  Culinary Students looking to dual internship will be given priority.  Please do not apply if you think this position means you will be standing behind a register waiting for customers like the teenagers at the mall. 

Cake Decorator/ Assistant Baker (Currently Filled) We are seeking a professional person with a strong work ethic to work Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The position entails the following:
-Baking cakes and cupcakes
-Cake decorating/Crumb and finish coating cakes for orders
-Customer service: waiting on customers, order taking, answering phones
-Cake Deliveries and Cupcake Tower Set Up

Required for the Position:
-Prior cake decorating experience, ability to crumb and finish coat cakes
-Prior retail and food service experience
-Valid driver’s license
-Ability to clean and be comfortable keeping high standards

The ideal Person will have the Following:
-Culinary school and/or experience in a retail bakery
-Superior people skills and ability to interact with clients
-Desire to advance with a growing business, love of cakes and cupcakes
-Vehicle to transport cakes

-Do not have all four lines under ‘required for the position’

dishwasher and cleaner (Currently Filled) We are currently seeking a high energy person with a strong work ethic for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Afternoons.  Please be over 18 and out of high school. The position entails dishes and cleaning of all facets of the bakery. We work very clean during the course of the day, so the bakery tends to remain in very good shape. Name your hourly rate.

cake interns (Currently Filled) We are currently seeking a high energy person with a strong work ethic for internship. The intern must be enrolled in a legitimate program of study (certificate, associates, bachelor) in either culinary or pastry fields. Please love all aspects of pastry production, like to make cakes and cupcakes, and the general business of operating a bakery. We will teach as much as you want to learn. This is an unpaid internship.
