Vanguard Section of the Magazine for young locals with interesting takes

Comcast Best of the City: 2009 Velvet Sky Bakery was named by
Comcast as Best of the City. A film crew came to the bakery and shot a
short segment on the bakery and an instructional cake decorating demo.
The feature was available on demand, as well as through Comcast's

millions of subscribers for their daily candy, a daily stylistic take on
a regional subject, in this case cupcakes.

The bakery was asked to participate in a photo shoot for the magazine and provide several cakes that fit a specific color selection. The cake they chose to include is the small one in the front.
