Cupcake Towers

One of our most popular items, they are a cool and stylish alternative to a traditional cake.  We have solutions to meet all sizes of events.  We offer a limitless amount of choices including color, material, size, shape, all paired with a small fondant cake.  To put your service together, we suggest coming in for a consultation so we can go over the details.

Please note, the following pertains to complete services which means at the very least the cupcake tower and cupcakes, usually a fondant cake and delivery as well.  We do not sell the cupcake towers individually.  Scroll below to see how it works.

Towers:
  • One Time Use:  The most popular, they can hold anywhere from 36 to 300 cupcakes.  They are color matched specifically to your event through paint and ribbon.  We offer three sizes in round and square.  After your event, simply discard the stand.
  • High Quality Five Tier Metal: We use two types of metal towers, silver square and round white.  They are metal with a glossy finish.  The towers are rented for your event and we either pick them up from your facility or they are returned.
  • We offer a petite tower and up to 48 cupcakes for purchase.  Simply call the bakery three or four days in advance with your flavor breakdown, colors for the tower and ribbon, and a pick up date and time.  The tower will be ready for you at pick up, all you need to do is place the cupcakes on the tiers.  Towers are $35 additional.

Cupcakes:
  • Color Scheme:  Depending on the formality of the event, most clients choose to match the cupcakes in some way to their event.  This can be done through colors for example a bride with a pink/white/brown color scheme might choose ultimate chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla.  This can also be done through using tinted icing and sprinkles.  Others, like a bat mitzvah with a candy theme may choose banana split, snickers twist, and oreo.  Some clients simply pick flavors they like and use them on the tower.
  • Flavors:  We suggest about 6-8 per tower, we don't want your guests scrapping for the last 'smores.  You can always try the flavors prior to the event, changes can be made up to two weeks prior.


Topper Cakes:
  • The overwhelming majority of our cupcake tower services incorporate a cake.  This is where we utilize our creative skills to echo both color scheme and theme.  They can be as simple as a design, sophisticated as a pattern, or as funky as Elvis's Rhinestone costume.  All of the cakes are covered in fondant, which allows any flavor underneath as well as a budget friendly alternative to a large cake in the same design.
  • Most clients use the cake for the cutting at a wedding or for a private family party the next day.



Delivery and Set Up:
  • During your consultation, we will get all of the details of your event and base the charges on the time required.  Most people opt for delivery, as we are experts at making them look their best, as the day of your party you have enough to worry about.  The same people that are making and decorating your cupcakes, including the owner, are also delivering them (no delivery service here).  That means if we have to fix something that got bumped during transport, it will be done properly, not just turned around.
  • We work with your facility in advance to determine the best placement and table size.  We will take care of all the details in terms of notifying your facility.  Most clients walk in to their event with it already set up, never even knowing we were there in a seamless behind the scenes choreography. 
Pricing:
  • There is not one set price for a cupcake tower.  We don't sell six models of televisions, we sell custom made artisan cakes and cupcakes where no one order is the same.  Generally, with the cupcakes, tower, topper cake, and delivery they range from $3-$5 per person, the larger the service, the less expensive per person.
