'I just wanted to write and thank you and the entire Velvet Sky team for helping to make our 10th Anniversary Celebration an unqualified success! The cupcake towers were EXTREMELY popular! (In case you were wondering, it took approximately 19 minutes for all 1,000 cupcakes to disappear!). The anniversary cake was beautiful – everyone on my staff was thrilled, as was the president of the university! We gave each of our House Deans the candy shield representing their respective houses and they were thrilled. In fact, President Gutmann made the cake the centerpiece of her remarks, calling College Houses “the icing on Penn’s cake” and also remarking that she wished she’d had such a beautiful birthday cake when she turned ten!
